Info:The fourth of July is a day to celebrate our history, our heritage, and our inalienable right to create as many dubiously crafted, low tech films as we damn well please. In this spirit, the Ten Second Film Festival is back for a fifth summer. Featuring the top 100 ten second films, live entertainment, and beer - outside, following the St. Anthony Main fireworks.
